Refund Policy

All sales are final. Under all circumstances, Academia does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds on any purchase, whether one-off or subscription, for any reason whatsoever.

No refunds, ever

By completing a purchase from Academia you acknowledge and agree that every payment made toAcademia, including one-off licence purchases, subscription upfront fees, and recurring monthly subscription charges, is strictly non-refundable under any and all circumstances.

This includes, without limitation: change of mind, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, dissatisfaction with the product, incompatibility with your hardware or operating system, failure to download or install the product, lack of use, cancellation of a subscription, account termination, discontinuation of a product, or any other reason not listed here.

Digital delivery

All Academia products are digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access to the software and any associated files is granted immediately, you expressly waive any right of withdrawal, cooling-off period, or statutory refund right to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account, which will stop future recurring charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any past payment, including the current billing period, upfront licence fees, or any partial month of service.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and licences without refund.

Acceptance

You must accept this Refund Policy before using the Academia website and before completing any purchase. Continued use of the site and any purchase constitutes your ongoing acceptance of this policy.
